  • What if you break something during the cleaning process?

    We treat your home with a lot of care as if it was our own. In the unlikely event a breakage occurs, we will leave a note for you asking you to contact the office at your earliest convenience. We would do everything possible to repair or replace the item. Our company is fully insured so you should not worry about anything.

  • Do you provide all cleaning equipment and products?

    Yes, we do provide all of the equipment and products. Our products are safe and environment friendly thus leaving only fresh air behind. In case you have a specific product that you want us to use, please give us a call in advance and discuss the matter with our manager.

  • I have pets! What arrangements would I need to do prior to your team arriving?

    We are aware that pets are a part of the family and are very treasured. However, we also understand that strangers can sometimes cause anxiety in them. That is why for their safety and well-being, we would kindly ask you to keep them in a place where they would feel secure and happy.

  • What happens if cleans are missed?

    If you miss any cleaning, say due to changeovers, or on account of the cleaner being ill, you can claim a No Charge Period for time missed. We provide you with Worker Earnings Receipts to log hours worked and money paid to your cleaner. If there are gaps, send us the receipts and we'll adjust your account to reflect any time missed. Plus we can allocate you a cover cleaner if you require whilst your cleaner is away.

  • How soon can I have a cleaner start?

    If you wish to take on a cleaner, call us at the office and we’ll register you with the agency. We would run your requirements against our comprehensive database which would bring up a list of suitable cleaners. We are then able to allocate a cleaner for when you require, often for the next day.

  • What if I am not happy with the tenancy clean?

    In the unlikely event that you’re not happy with the tenancy clean notify us within 24 hours and we will return free of charge to re-do what is in question.

  • How long do I need to leave my carpets after I have had a carpet clean?

    If you've had a dry carpet cleaning service, about twenty minutes. With a wet carpet clean then you can normally start walking on them after two hours. It really depends on how dirty the carpets were before they were cleaned and how thick the pile is. The cleaner will give you advice on this matter.

  • What happens if I don’t like the standard of cleaning?

    If for any reason you have complaints about the standard of cleaning, our team will come back and clean your home once again free of charge. Still can’t find the answer you are looking for? Give us a call and we will be happy to help you!

  • What happens if your cleaners damage some of my property and belongings whilst they clean?

    Our cleaners take extra care when they are handling your property and belongings. If any damage occurs during the cleaning process, we will compensate you.

  • How long will I have to wait before I can step on the carpet again?

    It can take up to two hours before you can walk on the carpet again, but we will provide you with overshoes so you don’t have to wait that long.

  • Do I need to move the furniture for the carpet cleaning?

    It is advisable for the best possible results to have all furniture removed. We can move light tables and chairs and couches but we will not move old and heavy wardrobes.

  • I have recently moved into a new home and I found out that the carpet is disgusting. Do you think you can clean it as I can’t afford a new one at the moment?

    Yes, we can! We specialize in professional carpet cleaning and our cleaning materials and equipment can remove stains from tea, coffee, wine, candle wax, raw eggs, chocolate, mud, ice cream, shoe marks, etc. However, depending on the age of the stains, some may not come out even when treated with the best equipment. We will do our best to get excellent results when cleaning an old and badly stained carpet.

  • Do you have any hidden charges I should know about?

    All our cleaning quotes are inclusive of everything so you should not worry. We can only charge extra if there is no free parking in front of your property. Please let us know when you ring us if we need to pay for parking so we can amend our quote.

  • Do I have to pay in advance?

    We usually require our customers to pay in advance when they book our cleaning services. You can cancel the booking up to 24 hours before it commences and you will be fully refunded. In some cases we may allow cash payments on the day, so give us a call if you require paying cash.

  • I live in a remote area in London. How to find out if you cover my area?

    We cover 35 areas in London, which can be found under the ‘’Areas we cover’’ section. If you don’t see your area in the list, give us a call.

  • Do you have insurance?

    Our company and our cleaners are insured. We have full employer and public liability insurances to guarantee you a peace of mind.

  • Do I have to be at home while you clean?

    It is not necessary. You can go out while we clean your home. Most of our clients prefer to be out while we make their clean organized and clean.

  • Where to complain if I am not satisfied with the service received?

    If you are not satisfied with the cleaning services you have received, you can contact us 24/7 and we would immediately answer any of your concerns. Our team would return to your home the next day to clean your home or office to your satisfaction.

  • How much will I pay for your service?

    You can request a quote to us so you would know beforehand how much you would be paying for our cleaning services. You may also call our office to learn more about our services and prices. This way you can compare to the other cleaning companies and you would also know how competitive our prices are. Not only that, you can immediately set up an appointment for your cleaning service.

  • Is your cleaning service insured?

    Yes, our company is insured to protect you and to create a professional atmosphere with you.

  • Will a group of people clean my home?

    A group of professional cleaners will clean your home. They are employed by us and wearing uniforms, with insurance and bond. Please be assured that they will not drink, eat, smoke or act unprofessionally.

  • Do you provide the cleaning supplies?

    We provide the cleaning supplies and tools. If you have a specific product that you want to use to clean your home or office, feel free to discuss it with our manager beforehand so the matter can be discussed with the cleaning team.
